How to Register

To use SSTP OFFICIAL STORE, you need to register your customer information.
Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process.

1. Review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Access the [Login] page and carefully read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
By clicking the [Continue] button, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Register Your Email Address

Enter your email address and click the [Continue] button.
An authentication code will be sent to your registered email address.
Please enter the code provided in the email to complete your membership registration.

※If you do not receive the email, your registered email address may be incorrect, or you may have settings such as domain-specific reception.
Please configure your settings to receive emails from noreply@sstp-official-store.jp and resubmit your email address.

Only one customer information registration is allowed per person. Please note that duplicate registrations are not permitted.
Additionally, registrations for delivery to freight company depots, post office box numbers, or convenience store pickup are not allowed.
※Regarding name and address entry
Customers whose names include old-style characters should enter them using new-style characters (e.g., 邉・邊・髙).
Also, please do not use Roman numerals (e.g., Ⅰ・Ⅱ・Ⅲ) or machine-dependent characters (e.g., ㈱ or №) as these may cause garbled text.

How to Order

1. Select Products

Select the desired product. You can view product details here.

2. Add to Cart

Once you have decided on a product, select the quantity and click the [Add to Cart] button.
After all desired products are in your cart, please confirm your order on the cart screen and proceed to [Checkout].
※Products are not reserved at this stage. Your order is confirmed when an "Order Number" is issued on the order completion screen.

3. Enter Your Email Address

Enter your email address and click the [Continue] button.
An authentication code will be sent to your registered email address.
Please enter the code provided in the email and then proceed to [Checkout] again.

4. Enter Delivery Address and Payment Method

【Delivery Address】
Please enter your name, address, and phone number.
※Please double-check that you have not omitted the street number or room number.

【Payment Method】
Please select from the displayed payment methods.
※Depending on the payment method, a billing address field may appear; please select [Same as shipping address].
Even if you select [Use a different billing address] and change the address, invoices will not be sent to the changed address.

5. Order Completion

Please review your entered information carefully and click the [Pay Now] button.
If you selected a payment method other than credit card, you will be redirected to an external payment page after clicking the [Pay Now] button.
Please follow the instructions and click the [Proceed to Purchase] button.
※Your order will be completed at this point.
After confirming your payment information, click the [Return to SSTP OFFICIAL STORE] button to go back to SSTP OFFICIAL STORE.

The order completion screen will be displayed, so please print it out or make a note of it, and be sure to check your "Order History" in [My Page].
Please make a note of your "Order Number" as it will be required for inquiries.
In addition, an "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent to your registered email address as support information.
※If you do not receive the email, your registered email address may be incorrect, or you may have settings such as domain-specific reception.
Please configure your settings to receive emails from noreply@sstp-official-store.jp before using the service.
Even if you do not receive an email due to your reception settings, if your order is displayed in "Order History" in [My Page], your order has been accepted.

About Payments

Credit Card

Available Credit Card Types

VISA, JCB, American Express, MASTER CARD, Diners club

Payment method: Please enter your credit card information on the payment method input screen.

What is a security code?

A security code is a special code used to prevent unauthorized use of credit and debit cards. Please check the following for the location of the code on each credit card.

  • For VISA, MasterCard, and JCB, it is a three-digit number written on the back of the credit card.
    (Located immediately to the right of the main card number)
  • For American Express, it is a four-digit number written on the front of the credit card.
    (Located at the top right of the main card number)

If you do not know or cannot read your security code, please contact the bank or credit card company listed on your card.

PayPay・Merpay・auPAY

Pre-downloading each app and registering customer information is required.

You can register your bank account or credit card and pay using your registered credit card or with cash charged at a Seven Bank ATM.

atone Postpaid (Convenience store/Account transfer)

atone

atone is a convenient postpaid service that allows you to shop without a credit card and earn points.
Accumulated points can be used for atone purchases.

■ How to use
(1) Select "atone Postpaid (Convenience store/Account transfer)" as your payment method and enter your mobile number and password.
(2) Enter the authentication code sent via SMS to complete your purchase.
(3) You will receive a billing notification by email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month.
(4) Make payment by the due date.
※Membership registration is required for first-time use.

■ Payment methods and due dates
・Convenience store terminal / Bank ATM (Pay-easy): 10th of the following month
・Electronic barcode: 10th of the following month
・Postcard bill: 20th of the following month
・Account transfer: 27th of the following month

The default setting is convenience store terminal / Bank ATM (Pay-easy).
To change this, please proceed through the smartphone app or Web My Page by the end of the month.

■ Fees
A billing fee will be charged only for the month of use.
For details, please refer to the official atone page.

Furthermore, atone Plus members can use installment payments and receive up to 1.5% point cashback.
Please apply in advance via the smartphone app.

Postpaid (Convenience store/Bank ATM)

atone

This is a safe and easy "postpaid" payment method that only requires your mobile number and email address.

■ How to use
(1) Select "Postpaid (Convenience store / Bank ATM)" as the payment method and enter your mobile number and email address.
(2) Enter the authentication code sent via SMS to complete the purchase.
(3) The necessary payment number will be sent to you via email and SMS on the day after order confirmation.
(4) Pay at a convenience store or bank ATM within 10 days.

■ Fees
A postpaid fee will apply to your payment.

■ Notes
If the user is a minor, please use the service with the consent of a legal guardian.

Rakuten Pay

Rakuten Pay is a service that allows you to easily make payments on online sites other than Rakuten using credit card information registered with your Rakuten ID, and you can also earn and use points.
On online shops that accept Rakuten Pay, enter your Rakuten ID and password. This completes your payment "easily," "securely," and "affordably" by saving you the hassle of entering credit card information. You will also earn points based on the purchase amount. Of course, you can also use your existing points. Furthermore, services that save you the trouble of entering buyer information and shipping addresses are becoming more comprehensive! You can enjoy smooth shopping.

About Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the ordered product, so please check each product detail page.
Pre-ordered items will be delivered after the release date.

※For products without a specified shipping time on the product detail page, we will ship within approximately 10 business days after confirming your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year holidays, and summer vacation period).
※This refers to "shipping," not "arrival," so the actual delivery time will vary depending on your residential area and transportation conditions.
※If products with different estimated shipping dates are ordered simultaneously, all items will be shipped together according to the latest estimated shipping date.
※Goods sold at concerts or events may take more than 10 business days to ship depending on stock availability.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Product temporarily out of stock
・Delivery impossible due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・Delays in product manufacturing
・Deficiencies in orders or payments, such as insufficient or excessive charges
・Temporary suspension of shipping operations due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or consecutive holidays

Shipping Confirmation

After shipping is complete, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information; please check it.
Clicking the [View Order] button in the email will take you to a page displaying the "Delivery Company" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the delivery company's inquiry site, where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, you can log in and check the "Delivery Company" and "Tracking Number" from the relevant [Order History] in [My Page].

Shipping Carrier・Delivery Method

Delivery will be handled by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. You cannot specify the delivery company.
※We cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates/times, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts.
※Orders cannot be delivered to freight company depots, post office boxes, or convenience stores.

Consolidation・Split Shipping

We cannot consolidate or split ship items after an order has been placed.
Items ordered simultaneously will be shipped together once all items are available. Items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

Standard shipping: 950 yen (tax included) Post-in delivery (Nekopos): 450 yen

※If you select Nekopos delivery, it will be mailed to your postbox (if it doesn't fit, it will be returned).
※Nekopos delivery may result in loss or damage. We are not responsible for any loss or accidents after delivery. Please use this service only if you agree to these terms. By selecting Nekopos delivery, you agree to these terms.
・If "Nekopos eligible product" is stated on the product detail page, you can select Nekopos delivery.
・Products not marked "Nekopos eligible product" on the product detail page are only available for standard shipping. Please be aware of this beforehand.

International Shipping
The amount varies by country and region. Please check on the payment page.
※Our store uses DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
 After the package arrives in the destination country/region/state, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (Value Added Tax) may be incurred and will be borne by the recipient upon receipt.
※Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated in the destination country/region/state.
※Customs clearance conditions vary by destination, so please contact the relevant customs authority for details.

Receipt of Goods

If you are not available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the undeliverable notice left by the delivery company to arrange for receipt of your goods.
If the goods are not received within the storage period, they will be returned to SSTP OFFICIAL STORE.
Please contact us via the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
If 2 months have passed since the return, the order will be canceled.
※As a general rule, refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
※Round-trip shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
※In cases of repeated refusal to accept delivery, prolonged absence, or re-delivery due to customer convenience, we may restrict your use of our services. Please ensure you receive your items.
